Trail run, to ensure operation flexible of nozzle and each sealed face without leakage Auto-shut nozzle Auto-shut nozzle is developed from general nozzle, which has function of automatic switch off. As container is full, nozzle valve is closed automatically, keeping clean and safety of operation environment. Due to this merit, this kind of nozzle is widely adopted in many brands of fuel dispensers. This handbook will introduce the structure and working principle of general nozzle. Structure Illustrated in Diagram 2-31, auto-shut nozzle consists of nozzle body, main valve, top level, switch membrane, auto-shut level, side valve core, spout, etc. 1-Nozzle body 2-Cap 3-Ejection pin 4-O-ring 5-Spring 6-Pressure plate 7-Main valve 8-Upper cover 9-Swtich membrane 10-autoshut bar 11-Steel ball 12-Assistant valve 13-Sleeve 14-Air inlet spout 15-Air inlet pipe 16-Spring 17-Spout 18-O-ring 19-Spring 20-Assistant va fuel dispenser lve core 21-Autocontrol bar 22-Supporting plate 23-Location-limited plate 24-Switch handle Diagram 2-31: Auto-shut nozzle Main structure of auto-shut nozzle as followed: Four holes in the circle of side valve, which are connected with the upper chamber of switch membrane via the gradient hole on nozzle body; the lower chamber of switch membrane connect to outside via the clearance between nozzle body and auto-shut level. There are three steel balls installed in holes of upper of auto-shut, lift switch handle, auto-shut level is stuck in by fuel dispenser there balls; once auto-shut level move upward, main valve will be closed as switch lost supportive point. Metal sheet is installed on switch handle, which is controlled three different positions corresponding to three kinds of openness--- three kinds of flow rate. The spring on spout is

Video games Everything to play for May 11th 2006 From The Economist print edition Sony, long the leader in video gaming, is now starting to look like a follower AP THIS week, after much speculation, Sony finally announced the launch dates and the prices for its forthcoming PlayStation 3 games console. Just as industry rumours correctly predicted a delay to its launch, from May to November, predictions that the PS3 would be expensive also proved to be accurate. It will be available in two versions, priced at $499 and $599 in America, ?99 ($640) and ?99 in Europe, and starting at ¥59,800 ($540) in Japan. This makes the PS3 considerably more pricey than its two rivals, Microsoft s Xbox 360, which went on sale last year, and Nintendo s Wii (formerly known by its codename of Revolution), which will be launched later this year. Indeed, if Microsoft cuts the price of the Xbox 360 as expected when the PS3 launches, Sony s console could cost as much fuel dispenser as its two rivals combined. While the high price was not a surprise, Sony s announcement that it would include motion sensors in the PS3 s controller certainly was. That is because it seems to have borrowed the idea from Nintendo, which has positioned the Wii as a console that will appeal to non-gamers, chiefly through its innovative, wand-like controller, which it showed off this week. (The announcements took place at E3, a big industry conference in Los Angeles.) Meanwhile, Sony s online service for the PS3, which will link gamers and fuel dispenser allow them to download extra content, bears a close resemblance to Microsoft s successful Xbox Live service. Having been the industry leader for many years, Sony suddenly looks like a follower. Sony will also have to catch up with Microsoft in sales by the time the PS3 launches, th
