The overflow valve play role as a protection to restrict the highest pressure in hydraulic system and to adjust delivery volume of fuel dispenser. Its structure is illustrated in Diagram 2-9. Despite Mr Berlusconi s last-minute offerings, the odds are still, just, on a centre-left victory next week. But the margin is likely to be small. That is partly because, in a final effort to keep out the opposition, the government has changed the voting system. Since 1993 three-quarters of the seats in parliament have been elected on a first-past-the-post basis.
